One of my students took this beautiful drone photo from Belgium and it is just magnificent – in my honest opinion. He took it during those freezing temperatures in Belgium 2 weeks ago at a local lake in Limburg, where you can literally walk through the water … so cool! ?
I love how his edit really captures the freezing cold temperatures. Assisted by the huge cracks in the ice on the left hand side. The diagonal of the road is used beautifully to create a leading line going up from one corner to the other.
Since he posted the drone photo from Belgium 1 week ago, he has had 2 licensing requests already. I can understand why. Be sure to leave him a like on Instagram! ❤️
Some feature accounts have started reposting his photo as well. And I want to give you all a bit of advice here: if your photo is reposted on Instagram, make sure you are tagged in the photo and tagged in the caption as well. That’s the minimum they need to do in order to repost. They need to show respect to the photographer and abide by the Instagram ‘standards’. Remember you are doing them a favor by allowing them to grow their account by using your photo. It’s not the other way around ?
If you have both, it’s less likely that your photo will start flowing around the internet without you knowing about it.
