Real estate drone project:
Therefore, in order to earn some money, I decided to apply my drone skills to the local real estate market. I have made several partnerships before with luxury hotels on our trip, making beautiful photos and videos for them. So I figured real estate drone photography would be a good next step. Not just any real estate though, because rates are incredibly low for a standard house or apartment. No, I’m focusing solely on premium real estate! Luxury villa’s with an impressive terrain.
So I’m pleased to say I shot my first villa for Engel&Völkers last weekend. For my next project I will be combining inside & outside videos to create an all-round impression.
My tip: There is definitely still good money to be made in a saturated market such as real estate, but you need to focus on where you can add value (and charge accordingly).
